AVIATION PLATINUM CERAMIC COATING

NOTE:

• First, remove any oxidation and staining before application.

1. Clean the surfaces thoroughly with (Step #1) TFS PRE-WASH.

2. (Step #2) Apply 5 - 6 drops of TFS AVIATION PLATINUM to microfiber applicator until pad is saturated. Start with a 2’ X 2’ square section and wipe left to right until product is overlapped evenly.

3. Once the product has flashed (rainbow look) and appears not to be wet, thoroughly wipe the panel with a microfiber towel to create a flat even finish.

4. Move to the next section and repeat.

5. Temperature and humidity will directly affect the flash time. To layer TFS AVIATION PLATINUM, allow 1 hour between coats. Pads and towels should be rinsed, bagged and disposed of properly.

   Note: Temperature and humidity will directly effect the curing time (flashing point) of Platinum. Test a spot before completely starting.

AVIATION TITANIUM PAINT SEALANT

Certifications:
BOEING, AIRBUS, AMS + US MILITARY

1. Shake well.

2. Complete Step #1 TFS AVIATION PRE-WASH.

3. Make sure surface is dry.

4. Apply small amount onto a clean foam applicator, orbital foam pad or bonnet.

5. Apply in a circular motion.

6. Cover the section with a thin coat.

7. Repeat this process for all painted surfaces.

8. Allow to dry for an hour.

9. Buff off with a microfiber towel.

AVIATION PRE-WASH

NOTE:

• Alcohol and water based product with mild surfactants for general cleaning.

1. If painted surfaces are extremely dirty, clean with a detergent first.

2. Spray on to the painted surface area and wipe thoroughly with a towel until dry.

3. Proceed to (Step #2) TFS AVIATION TITANIUM or TFS AVIATION PLATINUM.

ULTIMATE DEGREASER

EXTERIOR

1. Spray onto surface.

2. Let stand for 30 seconds. If heavily soiled - let stand 2 to 5 minutes.

3. Can be used as a dry wash or rinse with water and wipe clean.

4. Follow up with one of TFS dry washes.

SILICA DRY WASH

EXTERIOR

NOTES:

• If streaking occurs, dilute with water if necessary.

• Avoid spraying on hot surfaces.

1. Shake well.

2. Spray mist onto small area.

3. Rub into surface using a soft clean terry cloth or microfiber towel.

4. Turn cloth over and buff to a high gloss.

STREAK-FREE CLEAN

• Do not use if color or texture is affected.

1. Mist on surface. Do not saturate.

2. Wipe dry with towel until surface is clean and streak free.

CARPET CLEANER

INTERIOR

NOTES:

• Spot cleaning: use undiluted with a towel.

• Upholstery Pre-Spray: dilute 1 part TFS CARPET CLEANER to 15 parts water and apply through sprayer.

1. Agitate carpet with rake or pile brush.

2. Wait 5-10 minutes and extract.

SWIRL REMOVER

EXTERIOR

1. Shake well.

2. Use a wool pad for moderate imperfections or foam pad for light imperfections.

3. Apply evenly to a cool, clean 2 ft by 2 ft area.

4. Begin buffing slowly using light to moderate pressure.

5. Decrease pressure as imperfections and swirls disappear.

RUBBING COMPOUND

EXTERIOR

1. Shake well before using.

2. Apply TFS RUBBING COMPOUND evenly to a 2 ft by 2 ft area.

3. Using a rotary polisher, slowly buff using an overlapping pattern with enough pressure to eliminate surface defects.

4. As the compound material diminishes, finesse the paint surface - progressively using less pressure until a high gloss is achieved.

5. Follow up with TFS SWIRL REMOVER, TFS TITANIUM PAINT PROTECTION SERIES or TFS PLATINUM CERAMIC COATING SERIES.
   

LEATHER CLEANER

INTERIOR

NOTES:

• Pretest on an inconspicuous area.

• Do not use if color or texture is affected.

• Ready to use, do not dilute.

1. Mist on surface, do not saturate or soak leather.

2. Wipe or rub surface with clean towel or damp sponge.

3. Wipe dry with towel until surface is clean and streak free.

4. Follow up with TFS LEATHER CONDITIONER.

For heavy duty cleaning, allow time to penetrate and scrub surface if necessary.

LEATHER CONDITIONER

NOTE:

• Not for use on suede.

1. Pour a small amount onto clean towel.

2. Work into leather with towel or very soft bristle brush.

3. Wipe off excess cleaner and buff with clean soft towel.

FABRIC SPOT REMOVER

• Do not use if color or texture is affected.

1. Pour a small amount on to a microfiber towel and gently blot surface to be cleaned.
2. Allow 10-30 minutes dwell time, clean as usual. If needed, extract area.
